This is a legal agreement between you and www.Traveloease.com, you should be read and review carefully all the information indicates your acceptance of these Terms of USE.

Name Policy:

Traveler First name and Last name of each traveler must be entered into the reservation exactly as it appears on your Government issued identification, be it your Passport, Driver License or other acceptable forms of identification as may be required. Name change not allowed. But some Typo error on that time name change allowed depend on Airline Conditions and charges would be applicable.

Fare Changes Conditions:

All Tickets are not guaranteed until ticketed. At times, even after the confirmation of a reservation, the fare may change as revised by the supplier any time. We will notify you of any fare changes and we do not assume any responsibility – financial or otherwise for any such fare changes made by the supplier. We will notify you of the new fare and at that point you may either cancel or still purchase the product or service at the new cost. You have the right to cancel the booking at no cost to you if there is a fare increase before ticketing and prior to your card being charged; you will not be charged any fees for cancelling such a booking.

Accepting Payment Policy:

  1. We accepted Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued from US, Canada and all of the Country.
  2. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
  3. We may split your total charge into two parts. Airline Base Fare and Taxes but Combined total amount will be the same as quoted and authorized by you at the time of booking.
  4. Prices do not include airline baggage fees.
  5. Tickets are guaranteed only upon Ticketing, and not upon submission of payment. If your credit card payment is not processed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours.
  6. We provide a safe and secured guarantee transaction, as stated above in these Terms & Conditions.
  7. All Air, Hotels, Car Rental and Tour/Activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email you provided with your reservation. In some cases, pre-payment may be required to receive confirmation.


We will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team has determined that it’s safe to process them. In order to establish the validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank

Third Party and International Credit and Debit Cards Payment:

If Passenger using International Credit and Debit Cards while purchase Flight Tickets, or purchase a Tickets for somebody else then below mentioned documents required for processing passenger E-Tickets.

Complete Credit Card Authorization Form along with Copy of Government issued identity proof front and back side with showing photograph and signatures and front and back side of Credit and Debit card with showing signature of card holders. Credit Card Declines:

Credit Card Declines at the time of processing your transaction, we will make all efforts to notify you by email within 24 to 48 hours. The transaction will not be processed if your credit card has been declined. The fare and any other booking details are not guaranteed.

Documents Requirement on Travel Time:

All customers travelling internationally will be required to obtain and carry necessary travel documents including but not limited to, passport, visa, and advanced parole etc. Traveler is responsible for the review of travel restrictions to determine and obtain all required travel documentation ahead of the originating travel date as may be necessary. Neither www.Traveloease.com nor its agents are responsible for providing answers to specific questions related to travel documentation requirements.

Exchanges and Cancellations:

All cancellation and exchange requests must be initiated at least (24) hours before scheduled departure. All airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. If allowed by the airline fare rules associated with the ticket(s) issued may be refunded or exchanged for the original purchase price less the applicable airline penalties, plus any fare difference between the original fares paid and the fare associated with the new ticket(s). In addition, www.Traveloease.com will charge a Change/Refund fees. www.Traveloease.com has no control over airline penalties associated with refunds or exchanges. International travel often includes multiple airlines, each with an individual set of fare rules. If more than one set of fare rules are associated with the total fare, the most restrictive rules will apply to the entire booking.

All Airlines have different rules and policies for schedule changes.

Unaccompanied Minor:

Airline Tickets will not be sold directly to unaccompanied minors age 18 and under. Each airline sets its own policies & regulations for children traveling without adult passenger. Please check with the airline directly for minor age requirements, as the following items may change, Some Airlines not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult, Some Airlines will only allow unaccompanied minors to travel on non-stop flights and many airlines may require additional fees to be paid at check-in.
